A lot happened in this episode as we got to see Sylvie and Loki reunite in the void along with other Loki variants and Mobius. This episode also left us with some major theories which we are going breakdown below.
The episode starts with Sylvie fighting with Renslayer. Renslayer pretends that even she is not aware of the original TVA creators which is very unlikely the way she converses with Miss Minutes. Sylvie is forced to prune herself in order to meet Loki in the void which ultimately happens.
Now the void has a lot of interesting things. First of all, we see Classic Loki, Kid Loki, Boastful Loki & Alligator Loki uniting with our main Loki character where they tell him its impossible to get past this void and Alioth is too powerful to defeat.
In the void we see lots of pruned items including the Thanos copter from comics which tells that even Thanos was pruned at one point. We see the Avengers building but with the name “QENG” written on it which as per comics belongs to Kang The Conqueror after Tony Stark sold it to him. Multiple ancient wonders are also seen in the void.
Classic Loki shares his tale how he managed to fake his death during one of his fights and hid on a random planet in complete isolation before coming out again which makes us believe the theory that Loki faked his death during his fight with Thanos was true and he managed to get past somehow and eventually turn old.
Sylvie, Loki and Mobius decide to fight the TVA where Sylvie says she can enchant Alioth to know who is behind this void. Mobius goes back to TVA using the TemPad while Sylvie and Loki stand against Alioth. Their mission does not proceed as per plan due to which Classic Loki is forced to help them by diverting Alioth for sometime. Classic Loki creates an illusion of Asgard using his powers which diverts Alioth for a good time but eventually Alioth consumes Classic Loki. But this allows, Sylvie & Loki to enchant Alioth which reveals a castle past the void and that is where Marvel decides to end the episode.
Now the question is who is in the castle? The strongest possibilities right now is that it can either be Kang, Miss Minutes or the Classic Loki itself as that will make the story even more interesting.
The show has been giving lots of hints for Kang being this and the same goes for Miss Minutes as she is the one with most knowledge about the TVA. We’re taking the name of Classic Loki as a possibility as well because he appears to be the most powerful among all the Loki’s. His powers are too string as we saw him create an illusion of whole Asgard and getting consumed by Alioth with his final words “Glorious Purpose”. He has also faked his death once which makes us think he can do the same again. And a Loki being behind all this makes even more sense for the true nature of Loki as they want to rule the universe after all.
