Strippy Media and Entertainment services (“Products or byproducts of Strippy Media and Entertainment” (Strippy), “Products or byproducts of Strippy Media and Entertainment” "(Mastbalak)" or "Services") are provided by Strippy Media and Entertainment, ("We," "Our", “Products or byproducts of Strippy Media and Entertainment” (Strippy), “Products or byproducts of Strippy Media and Entertainment” "(Mastbalak)") to you ("User" or "Users").

Greetings from Strippy! Strap yourselves in under the cozy comforter and have a joy ride while reading. A small request though, please adhere to our rules and regulations. In other words, if you use any of our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content and Community Guidelines.

Your Acceptance

By using the services of Strippy Media and Entertainment, including but not limited to Stripy mobile app, website, or any other products, services, or facilities provided to you by Strippy Media and Entertainment (collectively the "Services"), you signify your agreement to (1) comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service") and (2) our Privacy Policy;
Please read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you must immediately terminate the use of the Services. Although we will always make an effort to keep you up to date when major changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review them as per the best of your capabilities. Strippy may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time.. Your use of the Services signifies your acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained within the Terms of Service posted at the time of your use. You will be responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service posted on (ToS link). Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be deemed to confer any third party rights.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, you accept our terms as a business concern. It will hold harmless and indemnify Strippy Media and Entertainment and its officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are 13 years of age or older, and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.
In any case, you affirm that you are 13 or older, as the Service is not intended for people under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, you will need parental supervision to use our services.

Service

These Terms of Service apply to all users of Strippy Media and Entertainment Services, including users who are also contributors of Content to the Service. "Content" includes without limitation the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other Content you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service. The Service includes all aspects of any Strippy Media and Entertainment product, including but not limited to software and services offered via the Strippy app, Strippy website (https://strippy.app), Share, Subscribe, Like, Comment, My Analytics and all other features or add ons.
The Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Strippy Media and Entertainment. Strippy Media and Entertainment has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Strippy Media and Entertainment will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly relieve Strippy Media and Entertainment from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave a Strippy Media and Entertainment Service and to read the terms and conditions and other policies of every other website that you visit.

Strippy Media and Entertainment User Accounts

In order to access some features of Strippy Media and Entertainment Services, (for example: Under “Post” section (or button) adding a “Strip", or adding “Episodes" and using the "My Analytics") you will have to become a Strippy Media and Entertainment Artist (“Artist”, hereby referred as user until said otherwise) account. You may never use another user’s account without permission. When creating your user account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Strippy Media and Entertainment immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The user (“Content Consumer” or “Regular user”, hereby referred as user in this section) will only have access to the content posted on the “Strippy” app, website (https://strippy.app) or other platforms and will be able to, for example: “Like” the content, “Share” the content on different media platforms which will contain the app installation link (if not already installed), else, on clicking the shared link, the user will be redirected to the “Strippy” app by clicking / tapping on the link, “Save” the content (which will be aggregated under the “Profile” section), “Subscribe” to the artists (which will be aggregated under the “Profile” section), as per the user’s discretion and any and all Services linked within the “Strippy” app. The Service includes all aspects of any Strippy Media and Entertainment product, including but not limited to software and services offered via the Strippy app, Strippy website as mentioned above. You may never use another user’s account without permission. When creating your user account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Strippy Media and Entertainment immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Although Strippy Media and Entertainment will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Strippy Media and Entertainment or others due to such unauthorized use.

General Use of the Service

Strippy Media and Entertainment hereby grants you permission to access and use their Services as set forth in these Terms of Service, provided that:

You do not alter or modify any part of the Service.
If you use the “Post” section, you agree that it may automatically download and install updates from time to time from Strippy Media and Entertainment. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the upload section and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Strippy Media and Entertainment to deliver these to you) immediately as part of your use of the “Post” section.
You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Service in a manner that attempts to forge the presence of a user accessing the site for the purpose of artificially increasing "pageviews," "subscribers," or "likes" or other elements that contribute to a series popularity or advancement within any programs that Strippy Media and Entertainment offers to users.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Strippy Media and Entertainment grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy Content from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the Content, but not caches or archives of such Content. Strippy Media and Entertainment reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases.
You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including user account names, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service (e.g., comments, posting) for any commercial solicitation purposes.
In your use of the Service, you will comply with all applicable laws.
Strippy Media and Entertainment reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Your Content and Conduct

As a Strippy Media and Entertainment product account holder you may submit Content to certain Strippy Media and Entertainment Services, including comics, images, animated gifs, links and user comments. You understand that Strippy Media and Entertainment does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit.
You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Content on a Strippy Media and Entertainment Service.
You hereby affirm, represent, and warrant that you (1) own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit and publish through the Service; and (2) all such Content are original works of authorship on your part and have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any other work and do not violate, misappropriate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any other person or entity.
You further agree that Content you submit to a Strippy Media and Entertainment Service will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the Content or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the Content and to grant Strippy Media and Entertainment all of the license rights granted herein.
You further agree that you will not submit to the Service any Content or other material that is contrary to the Strippy Media and Entertainment Content and Community Guidelines, currently found in Content & Community Guideline, which may be updated from time to time, or contrary to applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Unless otherwise permitted, do not use the Site for any promotional activities or advertisement purpose or to send unsolicited communication (including spams, bulk mails, messages, etc);
Strippy Media and Entertainment does not endorse any Content submitted to the Service by any user or other licensor, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Strippy Media and Entertainment expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content. Strippy Media and Entertainment does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service, and Strippy Media and Entertainment will remove all Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Strippy Media and Entertainment reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice.

Licensing

Strippy Media and Entertainment does not claim ownership rights of your Content. Your Content belongs to you and Strippy Media and Entertainment does not restrict you from using your Content for any purpose unless stated in additional terms for other programs or offerings Strippy Media and Entertainment may provide.

For the purpose of enabling Strippy Media and Entertainment to make your Content available on our platforms, you hereby grant Strippy Media and Entertainment an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license and right to utilize Content that you publish through our platforms for the commercial purpose of digital publication on our website, through mobile devices, through digital sharing methods and through other digital means currently existing or not yet invented.
If you agreed to participate in one or more of Strippy Media and Entertainment Programs defined herein the document, you may be compensated for Content published using one or more of our platforms (currently existing or not yet invented). Strippy Media and Entertainment does not claim ownership right in your Content when you participate in our Strippy Media and Entertainment Programs.
Strippy Media and Entertainment will not sell or redistribute your Content to third party licensees unless you give us permission to do so. Advertisements on Strippy Media and Entertainment platforms from direct advertisers or third parties may be served with Content. In a case where Strippy Media and Entertainment offers an opportunity for Content owners to potentially benefit from compensation outside of Strippy Media and Entertainment platforms, such as licensing for merchandising, publication through non-Strippy Media and Entertainment channels, making a movie or other licensing opportunities, a separate agreement with the third party and your full consent would be required.
In order to promote, publicize, market and further the success of your Content and Strippy Media and Entertainment as a whole, you hereby grant Strippy Media and Entertainment an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license and right, but not obligation, to utilize Content that you publish on a Strippy Media and Entertainment platform, or give to Strippy Media and Entertainment, and your user persona including, but not limited to, your name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes. Examples include, but are not limited to, sending samples of Content for use by the press, posting Content to social channels, or printing samples of Content for distribution at conventions.

Strippy Media and Entertainment Programs

Payment and Fees

If you are an artist, you are eligible for our revenue program, under which you get paid 20 INR for every 1000 unique views received over your strips collectively. The minimum threshold amount to withdraw the revenue generated for your published content is 1000 INR. We process the payments every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, provided the threshold is met.
You must have an active Paypal / Bank account/ Paytm account / a UPI ID, in order to request and receive payment. Our users primarily reside in India and some reside or might reside in various countries all over the world. For such users, who are sharing Paypal Account details, we would like to make you aware of the fact that Paypal has proven to be the most efficient and reliable method of payment in such cases. There may be Paypal transfer fees associated in certain countries determined by Paypal, not by us.

Termination

You have the right to opt out of the Services at any time by removing your Content (applicable for Artists and / or users uploading content on the platform) or by sending a written notification with the subject line "Opt Out Notice" to Strippy Media and Entertainment via email at ([email protected]).
Users, who violate these Terms of Service, tamper with the operation of any program, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Strippy Media and Entertainment, the program or any other users (in each case as determined by Strippy Media and Entertainment's sole discretion) are subject to suspension or cancellation of their user account(s) along with their ability to submit requests for payment.
Strippy Media and Entertainment will terminate a user's access to the Service if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.
Strippy Media and Entertainment reserves the right to decide whether Content violates these Terms of Service for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or excessive length. Strippy Media and Entertainment may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate a user's account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms of Service.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any Content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Copyright Act, 1957, by providing the following information by email to ([email protected]), with the subject line “Copyright Violation)

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number and if available, an electronic mail;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
In case the request is submitted by any person other than the copyright owner, proof of authorization from the owner of copyright.

You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of under the above mentioned clause, your shall not be valid.
Counter-Notice. If you believe that your Content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your Content, you may send a counter-notice by either of the methods outlined containing the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the Content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the Content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the Content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the Content; and

If a counter-notice is received by Strippy Media and Entertainment, we shall send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed Content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the Content provider, member or user, the removed Content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Other than as expressly set out in these terms or in additional terms, Strippy Media and Entertainment will not make any specific promises about the Service. For example, Strippy Media and Entertainment will not make any commitments about the content within the service, the specific function of the Service or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. Strippy Media and Entertainment provides the Service as is.

Indemnification

You release Strippy Media and Entertainment and any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with any Strippy Media and Entertainment Service (including, without limitation, participation in the membership) or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any benefits (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

Data protection and Privacy

Strippy Media and Entertainment may send information and offer products and services to you from time to time. For information about Strippy Media and Entertainment’s data protection practices and use and protection of your personal information, please read Strippy Media and Entertainment's ’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and made a part of these Terms of Service.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Strippy Media and Entertainment reserves the right to disclose any information submitted or collected from you in connection with any governmental, administrative, regulatory or judicial proceeding or as may be required under any law or regulation applicable to the Strippy Media and Entertainment.

Content and Community Guidelines

The Strippy community is made up of creative people both from India and also from the rest of the world, with different cultural backgrounds, opinions, and perspectives. Each and every user helps make our community what it is, and together we can keep Strippy safe and a fun platform to be in for everyone to exchange their views and thoughts and give more strength to the community.

These content and community rules were created not as a means of punishment, but rather to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Please respect the spirit in which these rules were or are intended, rather than trying to pick apart the language to find loopholes.

This section covers both the content that is appropriate and the behavior that is expected on Strippy. We take these guidelines seriously and ask that you read them carefully and understand the value behind it.

Respect the Strippy community

We share the responsibility of ensuring that everyone feels respected and are free to express themselves.

Here are a few basic rules to help make that happen and be the super hero at heart for everyone and yourself:

Be cool

Respect copyright: Only upload things that you made or have permission to use. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account, including any content you post. If you're unsure whether it's ok for you to upload something, check out the content section of our Terms of Service.
Give constructive criticism: Feedback can be a valuable tool, and when done with respect can be a great way to make friends and help others improve. Share your opinion in a constructive (rather than destructive) way, and remember to focus on the content rather than the person who created it.
Don’t be a bully: Be a buddy. We will not tolerate participating in or encouraging abusive, demeaning, or threatening behavior within the community. Don't ask your friends or subscribers to pile on, and don't mobilize your social media followers to harass or stalk someone on Strippy or elsewhere.
Protect privacy: Don’t share someone's personal details without permission. This includes real names, private conversations, photos, phone numbers, home or email addresses, or other sensitive information that may compromise their safety.
Be cool: Behind every story and profile there's a real person. Rather than assuming the worst, try giving them the benefit of the doubt. Even if they truly are the worst, stooping to their level only brings down the whole community. In a nutshell, it's okay to not like things (or some people), but do not let the negativity consume you.

We think these expectations are reasonable, and ask you to think about these guidelines before you post.

We do not mean to discourage you at any given point of time. But we want you to lead the way and set an example for your subscribers.

Limit self-promotion

Strippy is a place where creators can connect directly with readers, as well as like-minded artists or creators. Promoting your work is important, and we know firsthand how difficult it can be to grow your audience. However, when it comes to building a loyal following, thoughtful interactions between creators and their fans are much more effective than outright solicitation or other activities that will be perceived as "spammy."

With that in mind, do not post identical or nearly identical comments, wall posts, asking people to check out your content, subscribe, or give you money. The best promotions and requests are relevant and valuable, not annoying or desperate.

Don't spam

No one likes spam. We're working behind the scenes to keep spam on Strippy to a minimum, but we also have policies in place that prohibit spammy activity and the use of related services.

The following activity is not allowed on Strippy:

Posting unsolicited or unwanted content or links;
Creating profiles primarily to drive traffic to external websites, via, comments, profile and series descriptions, or artwork;
Creating multiple accounts with the intention of inflating the popularity of other profiles;
Creating, using, or promoting bots or other automated means to increase view counts or perform social interactions;
Using misleading titles, descriptions, tags, or thumbnails;

Be who you are

Strippy welcomes the use of pen names (or nom de plume, if you're fancy) and online identities, but don't impersonate someone else, take credit for their work, or pretend to be associated with someone you aren’t – even if you feel you're helping them out by doing so.

Don't create profiles or post content intended to make people think you are someone else, and don't use someone else's name or trademark without their permission.

Content boundaries

Mature content

Strippy allows mature content featuring violence; strong, vulgar, or lewd language; or non-graphic sex and nudity, as long as it is within our Mature content filter.

Violence primarily intended to be shocking, sensational or disrespectful is not ok, nor is sex or nudity primarily intended to titillate or arouse. Sexually explicit content or pornography is not allowed. Don’t post content that is predominantly sexual in nature, or intended primarily as an aid to sexual gratification. There are already other places where it can be found in abundance..

Providing context and clarifying intent in the content title and description are important. For example, depictions of violence, sex, or nudity for diegetic, artistic, or educational purposes are more likely to be allowed than gratuitously graphic ones.

Any content deemed unsuitable will be flagged and the owner will be requested to take action. Failure to comply with this request will result in the content being taken down. Repeat offenses will result in the suspension or removal of the user’s account.

Thumbnails, covers, and banners: Elements that cannot be masked with the Mature content filter must be appropriate for general audiences, as this content can appear anywhere and people may not have an opportunity to opt in or out before being exposed to it. They should also be representative of the actual content, and not misleading.

Harmful or dangerous content

You are welcome to share your opinions and beliefs on Strippy, even if they challenge the status-quo or might be controversial. However, we will not tolerate content that might prove to be harmful or threatening, and Strippy reserves the right to remove it.

Some examples of strictly prohibited content include:

Dangerous content that we consider to encourage injurious or illegal activities, or which incite others to commit acts of violence, destruction, or self-harm.
Hateful content that promotes or encourages hate, violence, or discrimination against a person or group based on things like race, creed, cultural or ethnic background, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Malicious content which exposes users to harmful software or websites. You are responsible for the safety and validity of outgoing links you post.

Announcements, advertisements, and other content

Episodes of a series should be episodes. In other words, they should generally be installments of a serialized story, or standalone, one-shot comics or books. Series and episodes are not intended to be announcements, advertisements, or other non-story content.

Announcements: The use of episodes to post non-diegetic announcements are strictly prohibited. Creators are encouraged to utilize their profile page and wall posts to notify their subscribers of announcements pertaining to series information and creator updates.
Advertisements: Any noticeable attempt to place an advertisement, redirect traffic from Strippy to third-party websites, and/or harm the user experience of our community (as determined at Strippys’ sole discretion) is prohibited.

Genres

We believe in the freedom of self-identifying genres for your series and have introduced and will keep introducing a number of new genres to help readers find your stories easier. Please use your best judgment to identify the genre of the story that you're telling. Strippy maintains the right to move a series from one genre to another if we find it to not be appropriately reflected by the chosen genre. This is to help maintain the health of certain genres.

Reporting and enforcement

You might not like everything you see on Strippy, and may come across content you find offensive or disagree with from time to time. Often the best thing you can do is ignore it, and avoid those who share it. However, if you encounter content that you think crosses the line or breaches these guidelines, flag it for review using the Report button found on tapping the “Ellipses” found on the top right of the reading screen.

If there's a problem with someone's behavior, or if someone is impersonating you or infringing on your copyright, let us know.

Reports will be reviewed by our team, and access to flagged content may be restricted during that time. We'll evaluate whether it violates our guidelines, or is otherwise inappropriate.
If we determine there's a problem, we'll notify the owner of the account and let them know what further action is required. In extreme cases, content may be removed or accounts suspended without warning, but in most cases we try to give the responsible party a warning and an opportunity to fix the issue before taking other measures.

Please keep in mind that something you find unacceptable may not be unacceptable to everyone, nor a violation of our guidelines or terms. We try to maintain a fair and open-minded approach, and reporting content will not always result in it being changed or removed.

Feedback

We’re open to suggestions to help improve these rules, so feel free to tell us what you think. Our policies are subject to evolve and expand in the future in order to steer our platform in the best possible direction, but this page will always host the most current set of policies.

Any and all policy regulation is open to review. Suspensions of content and or account access can be contested by contacting us.

Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute between the “Strippy Media and Entertainment” and you, such dispute shall be settled through aritration through a single arbitrator appointed by Strippt Media and Entertainment in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996, or any amendment or replacement thereof. The seat of arbitration shall be at New Delhi, and the language of arbitration shall be in English. Any award rendered pursuant to such arbitration proceedings shall be final and binding between the parties.
Subject to aforesaid, courts in Delhi shall have jurisdiction over this Terms of Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Strippy Media and Entertainment, for any claim under these terms, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (or, if we choose, to supply you the Service again)
In all cases, Strippy Media and Entertainment will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

Disclaimer

The Site and Contents are provided on “As is” and “As available” basis for information and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making any decision. The Strippy Media and Entertainment does not represent and/ or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any post, opinion, or any other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the Platform. You acknowledge that any reliance upon such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk.
The Platform may contain third-party websites, resources, and advertisers (collectively, “Third Party Content”). Strippy Media and Entertainment does not control, endorse, sponsor, recommend or otherwise accept responsibility for any of this Third Party Content.
Live Law does not make any express or implied representation or warranty of any kind, including without limitation, any representation or warranty that (I) the posts or any Contents are complete, accurate, reliable or non-infringing; (ii) access to the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; (iii) the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Site will meet your expectations. All warranties expressed or implied are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Partial Invalidity

If any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to render it, as modified, valid and enforceable under applicable laws, and the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected.

Nothing in Terms of Service shall constitute any partnership or agency relationship between Strippy Media and Entertainment and you.
Strippy Media and Entertainment shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay, to access the Site irrespective of the cause.
If you access Strippy Media and Entertainment’s sites or Content outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction as well as these Terms of Use.
